Every year, dozens of families from Daphne Elementary reach out to our amazing Daphne feeder pattern social worker and our PTO to help provide Thanksgiving and Christmas support through the holiday season, and every year, we spring into action to ensure these families do not go without in their time of need. Be it food assistance for a full Thanksgiving meal, Christmas gifts for our students, or meals and snacks to help cover these families through the long Winter Break, it has been our pleasure (and mission) for the last few years to serve our families in need at DES. That said, we simply cannot do it alone.

This year, we are asking you to consider a monetary sponsorship at the level of your choice to help cover a multitude of needs for our Daphne families. These funds will be used to purchase food or gift items for the holidays and will be given directly to families in need from our Schools on Main. Donations can be sent in with your student via cash or check made out to “DES PTO” or you can PayPal your donation/sponsorship amount to daphneelementarypto@gmail.com.
